SCREEN PRINTING
We make use of both manual screen printing machines, in which the actual motion of using a squeegee to pass the ink onto the mesh area of the screen is done by hand, and also automatic screen printing machines, in which the print stroke will be done automatically from the machine. There are benefits to both, and we strive to use the best technique for your requirements.

EMBROIDERY
Embroidery process is all about decorating your apparel with stitches and threads. It differs from screen printing because instead of any actual ink to color your garments, your use different colored threads to which are neatly selected by our productions department, and with the precision of the machine each thread color is laid out on its designated area to create your beautiful embroidered logo.

SPORTS WEAR
For situations where your project requires full colour “photo real” graphics one very small runs, we offer the very best digital equipment available on the market. This sample image of a child with face painting may appear to be a photo, but when you look closely you can see this is an actual print that we produced on our Kornit. Our digital operator is ready to help you get amazing results on lights and darks for your projects.

Step 1 is to prepare the information you’ll need for your quote. You’ll need to gather details regarding your artwork, such as how many colours are going to be printed and how big you’d like the artwork printed at.

Build and submit your quote. You can use the online Instant Quote system to quote your work, or your can email us all the information to sales@ramco2.com. In this part of the process, we’ll gather information such as what shirt you want to use for your project, the artwork details, the quantity and your deadline. All of this lets us put together an accurate quote as quickly as possible for you.
